1. Who we are

Nitro Concierge is a product of Nitro Tech Media (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We provide software that helps hotels, resorts, and tourism desks turn guest inquiries into professional quotations.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Nitro Concierge, we may collect:

  • Early access / waitlist: name, work email, business name, business type, and phone or Viber number.
  • Accounts: name, email address, and password credentials for demo or client portal users. Accounts are created by Nitro Tech Media or by a property owner inviting staff. There is no public self-registration.
  • Guest quotation forms: guest name, email or phone, stay dates, party size, and selected package details.
  • Desk activity: inquiry text staff paste or analyze, matched packages, suggested replies, quotation content, and related lead records for that property.
  • Billing and credits: where credits or top-ups are enabled, payment-related references processed through our payment provider (such as Xendit).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session identifiers needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Why we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide and operate Nitro Concierge (marketing site, waitlist, demo, and client portal).
  • Respond to early-access requests and communicate about the product.
  • Generate quotations, manage leads, and support property desks.
  • Authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • Process credit purchases where that feature is enabled.
  • Improve reliability, security, and product quality.

4. How we store and share data

Data is stored on systems we use to host and run the service. We may share data with service providers who help us operate Nitro Concierge, including hosting infrastructure, Google reCAPTCHA on public waitlist forms (when enabled), and Xendit for credit top-ups (when enabled). These providers process data only as needed to perform their services.

When a hotel or resort uses Nitro Concierge, that property’s authorized staff control the guest and inquiry data entered for their desk. Guests who submit a public quotation form share their details with the property that owns the form. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including operating the service, meeting legal or accounting requirements, and resolving disputes. Waitlist and account data are retained while you remain on the list or hold an active account, and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for records or support. You may ask us to delete data where applicable (see Your rights).

6. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and related rules, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact us through nitrotechmedia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
