1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage entries in your browser. We use them to run Nitro Concierge securely, keep you signed in, and remember preferences such as cookie consent.

2. Cookies we use

We currently use:

• Essential session cookie: keeps you logged in and supports CSRF protection on forms.
• Site-access storage: on the private demo environment, remembers that you unlocked the site for your browser session.
• Cookie consent (local storage): stores that you accepted this notice so we do not show it on every visit.
• Google reCAPTCHA: on public waitlist forms when enabled. Google may set its own cookies under Google’s policies.

We do not currently load separate analytics or advertising cookies on Nitro Concierge. If we add them later, we will update this policy.

3. Why we use them

Essential cookies are required for security and core functionality. Without them, sign-in, forms, and protected areas of the Service may not work. Consent storage is used only to respect your Accept choice on the cookie banner.

4. How to control cookies

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or submitting forms. Clearing local storage may cause the cookie banner to appear again.
